The film holder or the focusing screen frame - or, to keep to the ARCA-SWISS terminology, the rear format frame - sit on the rear function carrier of the f-metric.
The following 6 functions are operated with ergonomic precision by the rear f-metric function carrier.
With the left hand: - horizontal tilt - vertical tilt - shift adjustment with self-locking precision gear mechanism - additional shift adjustment with the format frame holder
and with the right hand: - precision gear mechanism for focus - friction adjustment for focus
With the built-in spirit level you are always in control.
